We recently opted for an upgrade from Mweb from a 4 meg uncapped Business Cisco 8 Series service to a bonded ADSL service.

There was never any mention of any cap as we had none on the prior and had been using in excess of 100 mg per month. All correspondence to do with the upgrade never mentions a cap or data limit.

Our prior service was uncapped this was supposed to be an upgrade. Any reduction in service can only be a mistake.

Even the contract makes no mention (in simple clear understandable terms) that a cap applies.
If a cap was to apply we would never have opted for the service as this would then clearly not be an upgrade. Even our activation notice received via e-mail on the 14/05/2013 refers to this as an "Uncapped" service.

Despite Mweb admitting that they made a mistake, they are not prepared to accomodate us and expect us to pay more than double to addrress the problem that they have created. This is simply not acceptable.

We have subsequently received notification that Mweb want to hold us to a year long agreement for this sub standard service.
