STAY AWAY FROM 8TA!! Worse Service Ever!

In Nov '12 I made the mistake of signing a contract with 8TA, after having many problems with my joining fee which I was never told that I must pay after the agent was asked 3 times by myself and my fianc? e. I received very poor internet and high latencies, I requested a technician which was despatched and then closed the query claiming he could not get hold of us. I then opened another case where the technician told us that major repair is needed on our main tower so we can either cancel or wait 12 months because that is only when they will fix the tower. I moved to a new house where I still had poor service, but the assistant manager Danie at woodlands mall told me they get some of their best internet usage from my new area. Then my wireless dongle broke and I could no longer use my internet wireless. Once again the technician was despatched and then wrote a report where I still have not received any feedback from regarding a booster for my poor internet. so the modem gets replaced with a newer model but I get this modem in the old box with no information on this modem whatsoever. Come home to find they have given me the wrong cable. This is just the short version of my struggle!
