Telkom Wireless is totally Wireless!!!

When phoning Telkom customer service to get help with the setting up or getting help with the wireless Internet, you absolutely get a rude and frustrated operator on the other side and even once when the telkom technician came to our house to see what is wrong, he himself acknowledged that when the operator struggle to help, they just cut the line, because they know they cannot be traced whatsoever. It happened more than once to us and want to suggest not to go into any Telkom internet telephonic-contract, for they are absolutely useless and the price they sell it to ya is not the bill you get at all... it is more (fine print!!!). I am sick of the friendly sales people telling all the features, but when it comes to them implementing their promised service... it absolutely!!! Never again!!!
