Problem phone

I've got a contract phone and im paying insurance, my phones charging point is not working and i got the phone from vodacom in southgate, when i asked them to repair my phone they gave me stories, then i asked for a new phone since im paying insurance they gave me more stories. I'm very unhappy with their service
