I took my blackberry in for repairs at edgars maponya mall when it would not charge, my charging port is damaged. this must have been around the beginning of november. to this day i have not received my phone. since i took it in, it has been idling with the insurance people, finally before the end of december i went to the store to find out about the progress on my phone and it was then that i was told to be more specific on how my charging port broke, fine i did that so now im sitting here holding my breath, hoping my phone gets fixed after being without a phone for close to 2 months now, im so frustrated because THE INSURANCE PEOPLE FROM EDGARS BILL ME EVERY MONTH AND WHEN IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO COME THROUGH AND DO WHAT I PAY THEM FOR, THEY COME UP WITH STORIES. I EXPECT A NEW COVER/ BODY FOR MY PHONE AS WELL BECAUSE THE BRAND ON THE PHONE HAS FADED. THE PHONE ALSO IS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED. THAT IS WHY I PAY FOR INSURANCE ANYWAY. IM REALLY UPSET WITH HOW LONG MY PHONE HAS BEEN AWAY AND IM NOT WILLING TO WAIT ANYMORE THAN I ALREADY HAVE. Vodacom gave me a brand new phone when i took it in for repairs and i did not have to pay for anything. im really unhappy with edgars
