I have opened 2 accounts with altech autopage cellular last year and i have had a problem with the service since day 1. The delivery of my goods took longer than the 7 working days although i was more than happy to wait but first impressions always last, however my issue is that i have had to call into the call centre at least once a month to have services that i have not added to my account be removed and refunded but as yet no action, i do consider myself a very patient customer as i know that i am not their only customer but it has been months and no response from their management. I was promised an email and a credit to my account from the call centre agents but to date NO RESPONSE. At this stage i have had enough and really want action to be taken. I understand that i have a binding contract but i really feel like terminating my contract early and paying the price but this should not be the case. I want a urgent response and solution to my on-going problem because i surely cannot suffer for months, it is a disgrace and just goes to show the poor level of customer service. The agents have been helpful but they make promises that they cannot keep.
