I have not been able to get Autopage to follow through on a SINGLE promise they have made in the last 3 weeks.
I have now decided to terminate my contract at the end of this year when my contract ends.
I have been a client for over 12 years, and spend thousands per month on my contract and STILL I have not been able to get a response. It is absurd.
The problem relates to my Samsung S2 which was taken in for screen repair (under insurance) at the Blue Route store branch. I was told that a repair takes no longer than a MAX of 6 weeks...
It has now been over 9 weeks.
I have called the branch, call centre, posted on the Autopage website and I just get a "canned" response stating that the device is still getting repaired and that they will "enquire" about this and get back to me.
I have spoken to at least 8 or nine call centre agents and the branch I dropped the phone off with over the last 3-4 weeks. NOBODY calls you back, they all claim to escalate and send emails to their managers.
AUTOPAGE - I will be taking my business and ALL the company accounts away from Autopage.
I am left wondering - do you care?
