Over billed for 2 months in a row

I am overwhelmed by the incompetence of the Autopage Billing systems,
Please return my money urgently otherwise am taking this matter to the ombudsmans,

Here are my issues:
1. Call centre agents always call me telling me my account is not up to date meanwhile I told them that they should deduct money out of my account at the end of the month instead of the 20th of each month.
2. I haven't been using Autopage services because my SIM got lost and when i found it, it wasn't working. i was told I have to call in to activate it, if the account is up to date your system should immediately activate the number (I mean seriously what kind of a business are you running, you customer service is a disgrace),

3. I don't understand why your charges are different each month because I don't even use the number, last month (August) an amount of of (R182 *3) and this month (September) an amount of (R138*4).
4.I want to stop the debit order with yourself and I will pay the money into your account myself, I don't trust your billing system.

I also want the breakdown of all the amounts you have charged me ever since the commencement of the contract. Please sort it out or am taking the matter further.
