No Feedback since the 13/05/2013

After the complaint that I logged on the 13/05/2013 on Hello Peter. I still haven't heard anything from MTN. Even after they responded on the website that they will send me the pictures, I still don't have them. I still don't have my phone, I need this matter solved or else I am taking it further.
