Phone faulty twice Second report not contacted

I haven't been contacted or given feedback since my last report on the 15th its 15 days later and haven't heard anything from MTN, please cancel this contract with immediate effect as no contact has been made regarding my faulty phone,

I haven't been contracted by the Technician as promised on the feedback on my last report
It has been 15 days since I logged my last report and haven't heard a word from MTN as promised
I want this contract cancelled immediately i am sitting here with a phone that is dead and no one from MTN is helpfull at all
