Please please help again! I lodged a complaint about my huge data account and people phoned me and smooth talked me and still they could not tell me a reason why my data account is so high. They said I watch You Tube and another one said the settings on the phone was incorrect and still the data is piling up and no real answers! Since I got this Blackberry Torch I am now scared to touch the phone because the data account will go up! Yesterday there is R90.00 for data that I used. How long do I have to stay on the internet and download how many things to use R90.00? If Vodacom cannot resolve this for me now for once and for all, I will stop my contract and use my old Nokia phone and buy pay as you go because then I will not pay R2000.00 a month for something that I am not using. My wife has a Blackberry with Facebook and Whats Upp and Google and she never pays any extra on her contract. I phoned the Customer Services now and they also could not tell me what is happening. Please do not block my internet Vodacom account as I want to check it every day, and for the whole of last week up until today I couldnot get into my account online. Thank you. James
