Vodacom Overcharging me once again!

Good day,
I am totally shocked and really dissapointed that my Vodacom Internet Contract can make me feel so helpless and frustrated. A while ago my account was very high and I phoned Vodacom to ask what was happening and the reason for my account being so high. I was informed that I went over my data and were being charged for extra data being used. I had not choice but to pay the account. I have requested them to load a call limit on my phone of not more than R100.00 and also received a email to this regard. Great was my shock that when I received my account over the weekend my balance to be paid is R678.63 and I only budgeted for R149.00. I phoned Vodacom to ask whey is the account so high if I requested a limit to be loaded I was told that there was not active limit loaded.

Vodacom is from there customers and I hope someone can assist as a matter of urgency. I can not justify paying nearly R700.00 for internet services. Vodacom should be help accountalble for not loading the limit as requested.
