Over one month on upgrade and no phone delivery

My upgrade was on the 19th April. it is now the 24th May and no phone is delivered after numerous "promises". I have spoken to Michael, Stanton, Moses (who initiated the upgrade) and everytime there is a problem with the logistics company. my "phone"has been, as they term it,? nvoiced" about three times. if you are blaming the logistics company, get another logisitcs company. if they are new, they are clearly useless!!
I have been promised that my phone would be delivered EVERY WEEK!! hence, I have resorted to Hello Peter.
I notice that I am not the first.

I want to cancel my contract under the CPA, with NO PENALTIES, and move to a service provider that can actually PROVIDE A SERVICE.

on another note, I purchased, not through Autopage, an iPad and decided to go for a data contract. I have now discovered that you are CHARGING me for a device, THAT I NEVER PURCHASED THROUGH YOU, and NEVER authorised! No one can explain and I have not been notified about the solution to your problem.

I expect my cell number to stay with me, and the contract with you cancelled, with no costs to me, whatsoever!

from my experience, I don't expect a response, so I will go legally ahead with my request
