On 11/04/2013 I handed in my Samsung with a technical problem. Three weeks later when I was called to collect- the screen was cracked! No repair of cause and the problem became mine. Today 14/05/2013 I have had no positive feedback, the call center and MTN Southdowns cannot decide who should cover the cost of replacement. As an Estate Agent the phone is my income. Southdowns cannot offer me a lend phone. I have to keep calling and fighting to get an answer.
