After I purchased a once-off data bundle (which I clearly stated to the operator) I noted that for the next couple of months that my billing amount has increased by the amount of the data bundle i previously purchased. After viewing by balances I further noted that i haven't received any extra data (for if the amount was for a data bundle). After trying to sort this out twice at the branch in Vaalmall. Nothing has happened. I am paying for a service I don't want and receiving nothing. As far as i am concerned this is not acceptable and I am seriously considering terminating my contract as the service and client care is not up to standard at all
