Data ripoff

I was just told that my wifi data should be loaded and unshaped from the 14th of every month yet it will only be done from the 21st this month. I am now being shaped when I am supposed to be unshaped for the first 3gigs. How can Mtn get away with this. Surely this is a breach of contract. When they get back to me I am going to request a cancellation of the contract. Surely there are laws that protect us against this unscrupulous behavior.
