If you are an Iclix subscriber please take note of the following as it might sound very familier.
Not IF but WHEN the service is down (daily/multiple) - they will try to make it your fault.
It's either YOUR PC or YOUR router or YOUR hardware thats faulty.

Then once you format your pc and buy new a new router and have the hardware replaced, they then will simply ''get back to you'' - You guessed it - they DONT.
Every day when you phone and ask what's going on with your ''Unshaped Line'' they are ''Working'' on the tower.

By my count the ''tower'' has been repaired countless times over the past year and countless times over the past month/weeek alone.
You are lucky if you are able to get hold of the 24hour support and when you do the issue is NEVER EVER resolved.

I recommend keeping a log book of all the down time, phone calls, PC formatting and hardware purchases incurred to you should you consider legal action as I am now.

Some of the services offered are advertised as unshaped and you PAY for unshaped... It's not unshaped.
I have on nemerous occasions mentioned to the technicians ''C'mon we both know this line isn't unshaped'' - not once has this been denied.
VERY Unethical.
