Ploy to get users to upgrade

I contacted your Tech Support department due to throttling on my account.

I have a 4MB uncapped account and was advised to upgrade to unshaped. Apparently I'm slowing down the "experience" for other users.

Now begs the question: If I am slowing down the network with shaped and you are advising me to go unshaped, which network will I be using? Will it not be the same network? and because I'm unshaped now, will I not use download more thus slowing down the network even more?
