Lack of Service Delivery

Pathetic customer service. Have been phoning telkom several times and getting different stories. I have been told they manager will call me back and to date nobody has called me. I applied for a prepaid telephone two months ago. The customer care consultants all come with different stories..Im extremely frustrated!!!
