Worst Service in South Africa

Vodacom, the company that's held a fair monolopy in the celluar industry for many years has got to be the worse "Service Provider" in the country.
I logged a call on 11 May querying my 3G bills for Feb and March 2013. The total of these bills was approx. R7000. Not chump change in anyone's life.
It is now 24 May and to-date I have had no phone call keeping me updated.
I called Vodacom Customer Service yesterday and requested that someone call me by 5pm. It's now 12pm the following day and I've had to make another follow-up call since no-one has contacted me.

Thanks to the CPA we have rights as consumers against such pathetic companies like Vodacom. I have spoken to Sibongile at Vodacom who has advised that he will call me back with feedback from the assigned engineer by 12:15pm today.
Should I not receive feedback, i will post my thoughts, feelings and complaint on every social media network I have access to, as well as send the information to those who are happy to report against such service. I will also happily see what the CPA themselves have to say. Since you can't provide service or decent pricing just close your doors. Let a real company look after us.
