Goodbye to Mtn after 17 years!

Being a client of Mtn since about 1996 and having 4 contracts with Mtn now, I realised that it's gonna end soon.
We"re not prepared to keep on paying for services we don't get and are ready to move to another service provider. Since Jan 2013 when I first reported bad/slow internet for our 2 data contracts and receiving acknowledgement from the coverage dept that there are problems with both towers nearby, we have been experiencing inconsistent data coverage. Some days (Up to a week) we have no coverage, other days it is so slow that we can't open any website. We never had a problem for many years and have been patient so far but this is now getting unbearable. We work from home most of the time and we are now sick and tired with this poor service. We have to upgrade our 2 phone contracts within the next week and are looking for deals at other service providers and as soon as the 2 data contracts expire we're doing the same. After a number of calls to your coverage dept I only received a ref.no this time- 00003568879. How many months do your technicians need to solve the problems? It's ridicolous! I urge other people not to subscribe for any MTN Data contract. It"s a waste of money!
