I stood in a que for an almost 2 hours with only 2 staff members helping customers. Bare in mind there was only four customers infront of me and then when I get help I am out of the store within 4minutes. And when collecting my phone it takes another hour to que with three customers infront of me and once again only 2 staff members.

Then I book in my phone due to it not charging andnot even a year old. Then when it comes back they have the audacity to tell me its moisture damage and unless I pay R57 for them to "assess" my phone which I had to pay almost R4000 for, I would not get it back.

Now I am on maternity leave right now and my phone rarely go anywhere outside my bedroom, never mind close to anything with moisture, not even close to perfume like they wanted to point out to me

So now they refuse to give me my phone back unless I pay them for the "assessment fee". Which was not explained to me at all. You only get told to SIGN here and there and no explanations done
