VODACOM DOES APPLE NO FAVOURS

Shutter failure experienced with iPhone4, under guanantee, sent to Advance Repair Centre in Johannesburg, informed that "liquid or physical damage is detected on your handset it voids the warranty and a quote is generated" I dismissed the claim that the handset was water damaged and requested a full report and photograph of the "red light", consultant in Worcester reported "moisture damage" the b&w photo was useless! Moisture damage is contradictory to Apple's T&C'S. Gaynor Assur Customer Relations Office Vodacom Shop Tygervalley Group was totally unco-operative, numerous emails back and forth.
