302ctk100513 - 2 weeks out of order, there has being 3 technicians on-site but nothing has being repaired up to date. Residential number has being assigned to another business now. In the last month line has only being active 1 week. Previous fault 11CTK240413
If this is not resolved with in 48hours I will take further action.
