No service then crossed lines

I have had an issue with my Telkom home line since 5 May 2013. I reported. After having to phone and fight almost every day that service got "repaired". After trying to use the phone the so called fix meant my lines got crossed. Now I sit with someone elses line. This is totally unacceptable. What happens now?? Do I have to foot the bill for some other person using my phone??? To what means does one have to go to get this resolved!?
