I am at wits end in frustration trying to deal with Nashua Mobile and once again I find myself regretting the fact that we signed 5 contracts with this company!
Over the past 3 months, we have had non-stop issues with soft locking of our devices and I have sent 7 emails over the past 2 months instructing Nashua Mobile very clearly to remove the soft locks from our devises as we are a internet based business and rely on our internet and phone lines with Nashua. Instead we have had 3 embarrassing moments where we could not display a presentation to a client due to this, we have had sales reps who can't communicate with the office and clients and not to mention down time as a result.
This is costing our business money!
Then every time you "claim" to have resolved the issue, it repeats within a few days. This is very bad business conduct!
Yet every time I phone Nashua, your staff are rude and the standard excuse is that "your systems" are down. We do not pay Nashua for excuses, We pay for specific services and you don't seem to be able to get it right.
I have now sent another two emails requesting for someone to talk to at your head office, but as usual, no response from your branch...
