Telecommunications

The Telkom telephone line for my residence is crossed with another residence a few blocks from mine. Problems include:
- constantly being cut off during phone calls
- having 3 people simultaneous conversations with the subject of my call and the person with whom the the line is crossed
- and worst of all with a monthly bill of an excess of R1000, I fear I am also paying the phone bill of two accounts.

Of course I have complained about this more times than I can even recall, easily more than 20 times. After which the following happens every time: a technician comes out, looks a the phone, looks at the line, tells us "its a crossed line" and that is the end of it. IT NEVER GETS FIXED! despite me informing them that it is the underground lines.

This has gone on for more than two years now. I have exhausted every possible amicable option in solving this matter and I'm afraid the only option left is to seek legal advice, since for more than two years I have not received the contractual services stated by Telkom.
