Telkom Bad Service!!!

On the 25th Feb, i come home from work and my internet & phone line are not working. the following day i reported this to telkom, they sent me an sms confirming the reported fault. In the evening i call again explaining that while they came to install a line for my neighbour, they crossed the lines: i get her calls, she gets mine. They said they will fix it. On the 27th i called 4 agents and each time i had to explain myself. they promised, nothing happened. Last call was to a certain Manager, Zanele and she promised as well. Now its the 28th, no call, no sms, problem is still there. Neighbour 's phone is prepaid and im on contract, she is using ours to make calls, whilst her line is password protected.
To say i am inconvenienced is an understatement, biggest insult is telkom not communicating and making me sweat for their incompetence.
If it was for me i would cancel their service and go with another service provider ASAP.
