I discovered on my accounts that I have been paying R100 per month for a data bundle with out it ever been activated. I thought I was going over my data every month and tried to reduce the data used. I phoned Autopage ref: A130505564 They activated my Data Bundle, Looked back and discovered I have been paying since January 2011. I requested on further phone calls that my money that I have been paying for Data Bundles be paid back to me. The request went trough and now they want to credit me with almost a 3rd of what they must pay back which is ridicules. I have phone them again for then to rectify there mistake. Ref: A1305231137 And I would not like to wait another 20 day's for then to try redo there calculations. People doing account should be able to do simple maths!!!
