Cannot get Contract Cancelled

I cannot seem to get hold of the Contract Cancellation department and when I phone the call centre they say that they will put me trough and then I wait for 15 minutes whilst the music plays and then the line gets cut. Cell C also does not want to give me a number to be able to find out about the contract cancellation status. Can someone please phone me back by today. This lack of service is unbelievable!!!
