No response to registrations

Hi

I registered for my honours modules on 23rd January already and it said that my registration was in progress, i have attempted numerous times to call, i've emailed and still no response or feedback on what's happening on my registration. I have paid the minimum deposit required, registration has now closed and still nothing. I cant even logon to their website to check on my status, as im unable to even reset a password to the site.

Their service is so poor and pathetic, i could have been done with my studies a while ago as this is not the 1st time that my registration has been up by their incompetence.
