NOT PAYING EXTRA FOR CONTRACT ALREADY PAID IN FULL

I HAVE/HAD AN MTN CONTRACT PAID IT IN FULL BEFORE EXPIRY DATE.THEN I RECEIVED AN INVOICE STATING THAT I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT OF R289.00 .WHEN I CONTACTED 0831808 THE CLIENT SERVICE LADY WAS ADAMANT THAT I MUST PAY AS THE MEGABYTES WAS ALREADY LOADED.SHE DID NOT GIVE ME ANY OTHER OPTIONS, JUST THAT I HAD TO MAKE PAYMENT.FIRSTLY I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE TONE OF THIS WOMAN, 2 SHE IS NOT A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-SO I SUGGEST YOU FIND PEOPLE WHO KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS.SHE WAS CONTINUOUSLY TELLING ME THAT THIS WAS NOT A COMPLAINT, WHEN I WAS TELLING HER THAT I AM COMPLAINING BECAUSE I AM BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR.MTN CAN HAVE THE SIMCARD BACK WHERE THE MEGABYTES WAS LOADED ON- I WILL NOT USE THESE MEGABYTES-I DON`T WANT IT, THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS THAT I DON`T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH MTN-THEY ARE CONTINUOUSLY MESSING THINGS UP.I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED AT THE SERVICE THAT I AM RECEIVING FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE REFERRING TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED.
