Sold contract on false information

On 13 July I received a call from 0113532000 saying they are calling on behalf of FNB together with MTN and they sold me a contract of R100 airtime, 75 megabytes of data and 25 sms's for R69 a month I though it was a great product and I asked the consultant if I will be able to buy BIS for my blackberry with the same airtime and the lady said yes on Monday the package was loaded into my phone only to find out that I couldn't load BIS with the airtime, I then called MTN and they said I needed to add another R60 since my package doesn't come with BIS, I have been taken back and forth with this whenever I call FNB they promise to escalate the matter to the team leader and will get back to me in 48 to 72 hours this has not happened after two weeks I want this contract cancelled ASAP I cant cancel with MTN because this is FNB's fault and I will be charged for early termination with MTN. clearly this is not my fault had I been told full and truth information I wouldn't have taken this ridiculous contract I want this matter sorted NOW
