Good Day,

I am highly disgusted in the way Avon treats there representatives. Firstly the people in their complaints department does not do a thorough check of who the complaint is lodged by. Secondly they only take to what the person complaining is saying. I received a call on Saturday with accusations of me harassing a client for money. of the order she placed made commitments to pay it and to this day has not paid it. She then lodged a false report to Avon stating she did not place the order at all she just browsed through it and inquired about it. I have proof that this woman placed an order, confirmed it and confirmed payment and payment was not received. I am not even a representative for Avon but it just shows how Avon checks their clients before reporting the complaint. I am very disgusted in the woman that I spoke to on Saturday morning, as she refused to hear the full story as to why the complaint was lodged. Why the complaints department was involved is beneath me as Avon's books balance and i am sitting with unwanted stock. I will not recommend anyone to become a Avon agent as Avon does not look out for their agents. please do not bother to rectify as it is done. Thnks
