Absolutely shocking service from Nokia Care

I have never in my life been so absolutely frustrated, angry and disappointed in my life with the service recieved from Nokia Care in Century City.

I handed one of my work cell phones in for repairs and was told by the consultant that I would have this back within 7-10 working days.

I then followed up 18 working days later and was told that there was a fault/crack on the screen and they couldn't repair as they did not get a go ahead from me. Not once did some one try phone or even email me! USELESS.

I gave the go ahead to repair and was told it could be done that very same day, I advised them that I would be back later in the week to collect.

I went past the following Monday and guess what?? still nothing done! I saw other customers come & go but yet I still sat there with no feedback. I was told that it would be another 20 minutes and I had been sitting there for the past hour already.

In my frustration I refused to go back again as this was now my 3rd trip, I gave my address and told them to please deliver my phone. I was then told that it would and I would get this either the same day or the following.

It is now 2 days later and still nothing.
UTTERLY USELESS!!!
