Nokia staff and long waiting for phone

I bought a phone on 20/06/2013 and after 2 weeks it kept freezing then in 1st week of Aug it just died. Long story short i took it to Nokia Care because they said it should be ready in 1 week, the latest, 2.
I called 3 weeks later the morning only to be told the technician is working on it. so the afternoon i went to collect it. When i got there the guy i handed my phone a couple of weeks before went to go fetch it. I waited over 45 mins only to be told they have misplaced the phone and just found it now while i was waiting!!! SO THESE GUYS TO ME.
They told me to come in a week later. I called a week later to be told they working on it. 20 mins later i got a call to be told they opened the phone and it was totally dead. THAT WAS WHAT I TOLD THEM WHEN I HANDED MY PHONE IN! they then said they will send it, away to Nokia in Jhb for repairs. I called them today and was told nokia has a sort of problem and will only be able to call on monday to find out about the status of my phone.
I handed the phone in on 07/08/2013 but still no phone, not only that, they kept lying to me about the status of the phone.
No wonder Nokia is losing sales because of staff lying to their customers.
