Pathetic service @ Nokia repair centre - Job# 4892

I have a Nokia E72 that went dead for no reason for the 2nd time. I took it, 26Apr, to Nokia repair center in CT.They told me it would take 4-5 days for the phone to be repaired. On 6 May I tried to phone numerous times on 021 552 2164 with no success. On 9 May I got hold of Anees on 083 636 0007.After a vague explanation, they were still not sure what is wrong. This will thus require them to send it to JHB which will take apparently another 5-8 days. After this discussion I went to the repair center myself.By the time I got to the front of the queue the only feedback I received was that my phone was still not working and they therefore cannot help me. They even told me that I have to leave as they still have to serve the other customers. On Saturday 10 May I went to the center again. Anees told me they still have not send my phone to JHB because they are still not sure what is wrong. This is 2 weeks now! 2 weeks has gone passed without them doing anything to my phone except for resetting the software. Anees even went so far in telling me that I am costing them their clients, as all 11 clients after me in the queue left the building after overhearing that nothing has been done.
