WHY IS THEY NEVER STABLE A SIGNAL

Hi, I own a mtn contract sim card in which i have for around 4years, i recently relocated to Phoenix Centenary Park, 4068. I have difficulties with signal in my area.
*Signal Breaks Up
*Phone on GSM most or the time or searching for signal.
I have had my phone checked up with mtn, and everything seems to be in working order.
They are four mtn users in my home and we all experience the same difficulties.
