Bad Service all the way

Bad service from Cresta branch to Northgate and Service centre. Service from MTN serivce centre in northgate was the worst from agent to managers. No ethics or morals in service. Ability and knowledge very slack beyond useless. No service skills on how to treat customers. Spent 2 days trying to upgrade.
Absolutely slow.
