Did not Fulfil Contract Agreement - Still wailitng

I've got my Samsung Galaxy S4, on contract, at the Special "1 Day Special", on the Retail Launch Day, 27th April.
To this day I didn't get my full 1 GB of data for the month nor the proper pro-rata data for last month.
I was also charged R 200 activation fee, which was supposed to be free.
I logged a case, a few days after I saw the problem, but it didn't get resolved in the 72 hours has per Telkom Mobiles SLA, and now after almost 3 Weeks later, this issues still has not been resolved.
