Vodacom didn’t fulfil promises made for an Upgrade

Vodacom Upgrade gave me a deal over phone on 16 Aug 2013 at 15h49 to upgrade my No 076 781 7711 to a top up 135 plan with Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini handset, 250MB data, 23 SMSs and CLI for a an amount of R199 pm; I had finally agreed to this offer. When I received invoice for the month of Sep, I do see that an amount of R237.02 will be debited from my account for this contract. I had complained many times to Customer Care & upgrade section about this higher amount I noticed on my contract (last Ref No is EC-ZH41-3PR2IC); invoicing of R237.02 per month is not in accordance to the agreement I had made with Vodacom on 16th Aug and it is not acceptable to me. When I informed Vodacom that I am not prepared to pay R237.02 pm for the upgrade I had made in Aug the monthly amount came down to R208.50 but for a reduced data of 200MB (after removing BIS charges levied by mistake). Vodacom didn't fulfil the promise made to me for my upgrade. I hope that the management will look at my complaint again and will do the needful to provide service on my mobile number at the agreed rate of R199 per month for a top up 135 plan with Samsung galaxy S3 mini handset, 250MB data, 23 SMSs and CLI included.
