Misleading comsumer in advert

Just two days ago I signed up for a Samsung Galaxy 4 with these features:
Samsung Galaxy 4 on Smartplan 100
R369 x 24 Months
Inclusive all-net voice minutes: 100
Unlimited Telkom Mobile to Telkom Mobile calls (for the first 12 months)
Inclusive Roaming dаta: 150MB
Inclusive SMSs: 5 for 50 SMS promotion
Additional data : 5GB Telkom Mobile Only.
What I wasn't told was that it didn"t have full coverage everywhere and so,
The phone keeps going on to a roaming coverage which eats all roaming data.
which then doesn't give me the chance to use my 5 GB with telkom mobile.
this is unexceptable and it is a rip off. This only goes in favour of telkom mobile,
if the phone is always on roaming i have to buy more data and never be able to use the 5 GB which I wanted.
This is important for them to tell the client before making him/ her purchase the phone.
this is false advertising and am furiuos about it.
Another thing I found out was that when my 100 minute s all- net voice minutes are over,
they add another R200 limit. and what if i dont want that and who gave them the authority to do so.
I want telkom to adjust this as soon as possible as this is truely unacceptable.
