BAD SERVICE RECEIVED

I am so upset with the service I have received from you! Firstly, the phone Vodacom sent to you is bent because of overheating and not physical damage! And secondly, why did you not have a look at my other complaints about the same handheld??? I am really upset with your service! I will be taking my phone back to Vodacom in the course off the week and this time I hope you will have somebody look at it that can actually LOOK at it and give a prober report!!!
