Telkom mix upgrades

It is now 9 days later and still no response from telkom to what they have done to the telkom mix upgrades. Still none of the telkom direct stores can help and still have no info. Again this is poor service from telkom side. We have been loyal customers, paying our bills on time but yet telkom can't supply us with the service that they promise.
