Misunderstanding with upgrade

Good day, I went to upgrade on my package Anytime 200 top up in June at the Menlyn shop Ground floor. Bianca assisted me. She was in a hurry to make me sign the paperwork and informed me that they will email me copies of it, until today I have not received the copies of the signed documents. Further end of June Mtn deducted the normal amount from my account of R267. Now end of July I get a debit order of R553. I phoned the customer support and they said I must phone the shop itself. Bianca never informed me of the once of upgrade payment, neither did I give permission or asked to switch to a higher package as I don't even use this contract. I therefore request that you immediately switch back my package to the normal 200 anytime top up and take off any additionals I did not requested. I applied for debt review on the 10th of July and I promise you I can not afford the new instalment. So either switch it back or I will definitely stop paying as I cant afford it. I look forward hearing from you that this has been corrected before the debit order of August go through. (Did get a copy of my contract in the meantime, no response further)
