It takes 2 months to repair a fault

I first logged a fault with Telkom on April 22 that my phone line was down due to a thunderstorm. I called again on April 29 to log another complaint that while the line was up again, there was a very loud buzzing noise. I received no feedback except a week later an SMS that the fault would be repaired on May 22. i subsequently received anotehr SMS yesterday that the fault will now be fixed on June 15.
How is that acceptable? It simply cannot take 2 months to fix a line. I will be going on all social media channels to discuss this as I have repeatedly asked Telkom for assistance with no result. the call center merely reads their script and dos nothing. I asked to be transferred to the supervisor and after waiting on hold for 37 minutes, I hung up.
That is not acceptable...
