I have my cell phone insurance through Edgars; I pay my monthly premium every month. I sent my phone in for repairs to have the screen replaced and it was broken. I received my phone back on the 5th May 2013 i paid my excess; on the 17th June 2013 I returned my phone as the same spot in the same place had reappeared. They sent my phone in for repairs. I called on Monday 1st July to find out how long my phone was going to be, only to be told that they will get back to me. This didn't happen!!! I phoned on Tuesday and was told the will get back to me, this didn't happen!!! I phoned back on Wednesday and spoke to the manager Samantha and she told me the damage was physical damage??? For the same thing??? And I would need to pay another excess! When I received my phone back the first time I received a letter stating I have a 3 month warranty for the SAME problem. So why should I pay again. She said she would get back to me by Thursday 4th July 2013 by 10h00, that didn't happen. I phoned and surprise, surprise she wasn't available she will phone me back. What a joke. I have now cancelled my insurance and closed my Edgar's account. They don't seem bothered with this at all
