King Price Insurance
NO RESPONCE ON CLAIM

I have insurance with King price for a few months now and in november I phoned them and added extras on my policy had to buy a new cellphone because mine got water damage on when i phoned in on the 26th of November i told them i want to claim and they said someone will give me a call back. The next day no one phoned me yet so I phone claims directly and logged the claim. They said someone will give me a call to come and pick the phone up from me to see if they can repair it. Today is the 10th of January 2013. The first time this claim was brought under their attention was 26 of November 2012. I have been waiting so long for them to phone me and they dont bother to phone back. Im just going to finish my claim with them and defnitly going to move insurance. And this claim is just on a phone so glad this is not on my car!!! Never experienced such bad service at an insurance company!!
