Telkom gone crazy - is it because I am white?

I have a serious issue re Telkom.
My ADSL line I paid and confirmed with them.
They then suspended the line, and the excuse I am given is I am over the limit by R22-00.
Telkom keeps on changing my credit limit from anything from R300-00 to R5000-00 and considering my base services is around R950-00 this is crazy.
Now the abrupt call attendant who basically says to me that to sort this out I have to pay the full account that is only due on the 10th June 2013 now.
But here attitude and manner gave me the impression of oh I am a white who knows nothing and just annoying the poor Telkom representative.
Now really people how about learning some thing about service and doing the job properly.
As by cutting off my ADSL means I cannot earn money and hence cannot pay now.
So you have directly caused me a problem.
But up and above all of this, Telkom does NOT send me any notification that there is a problem, just cut me off.
Now if they had given me a proper notification I would have made a plan.
In the past when they did notify I was over limit or close and notified me, I made a plan immediately and sorted out.
Really Telkom with attitudes like this no wonder people overseas says...
