So Ive had my telkom line since June 2012, took out a Closer Call 2 and did a self install on ADSL.Account has not been more than 200-300 rand a month. This morning i get an sms that ive exceeded my limit and my line has been suspended. Phoned in to telkom 1st two agents had no clue as to customer service, 3rd agent finally assisted me with regard to the R924 I apparently been billed for REF 26860275.According to the call centre agent Ive been billed for ADSL rental and usage etc. Funny thing is that I never requested ADSL through Telkom, Ive used axxess and Afrihost with invoices to prove it, why would I request ADSL usage from Telkom? Well i wont be paying the amount I apparently owe so go listen to your call recordings, investigate and u can remove the amount from my account and give me an apology. How many more people are being ripped off this way due to your negligience
